BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS

All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 30 % using the system listed on web, the receipt of this advance by the company does not imply acceptance of the reservation but the extent that there are places available, if accepted the balance of the total cost of benefits must be paid before the actual start of our services. Until we receive full payment of services. We reserve the right to change, rates dollar changes and other adjustments.

CANCELLATIONS

If cancellation occurs: More than 20 days before the beginning of the tour: 100 % of the deposit will be reimbursed less bank fees due to money transfer. Less than 15 days before the beginning of the tour. 50 % of the deposit will be retained, which correspond to pre-payment of some services (hotel, transport, etc.) Less than 6 days before departure: 100 % of the deposit will be retained

NO SHOW.

A costumer which confirmed reservations who fails to arrive and whose reservations were not cancelled the cost of the unused package services will not be refunded (partial or total)

INSURANCE

It is required to take our services being compulsory subscribed to health insurance assistance-repatriation in the event of a medical emergency

PRICE

The tour prices are converted to USA & Bolivianos prices may change during busy periods (high-season) and may be slightly different than the direct purchase in our offices due to changes in exchange rates. No return of these differences.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for any situations beyond our control that affects the tours and transport this includes (but is not limited to) the cancellation or change of departure, and return times due to protests, roadblocks, marches, weather conditions, elections, festivals, or other gatherings, national holidays, changing personal feelings or any other reason We are not responsible for paying any compensation for any effects of the before mentioned. Situations including (but not limited to) additional transport or accommodation costs

MINORS

Children under 2 years travel free or charge. Those aged 2 to 8 are charged 70 % of the normal rate.

RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must bear, passport vaccinations, travel insurance, luggage and must adhere to the rules and formalities of police customs and health authorities during his trip, during the trip should not leave their belongings in the care of others to avoid losses or robberies “GREENGO TOURS” will not be responsible for cases of loss, theft and delay or failure of the client to submit documents in order. Expenses incurred by this issue will be in charge of you, all interrupted journey because of the participants

RISKS

Customers should be aware which may be at risk from the remoteness of health centers, highland weather, the state of the roads, the character adventure of some circuits especially high mountain climbs, walks, get sick in the altitude, the horseback riding and expeditions ATV “GREENGO TOURS” is not responsible in any case for medical emergency, evacuation costs, costs of accidents, theft, illness or death, the client assumes these risks in full knowledge and agrees no to charge this to your guides or different borrowers.

“GREENGO TOURS” reserves the right directly or through intermediaries to substitute a means of transport, accommodation itinerary, if it was for the safety of the group for climate reasons, or any other reason which are beyond the control of the tour-guides, drivers and the company itself without that participants can claim any indemnification for it.

“GREENGO TOURS” can not assume responsibility for accidents resulting from the negligence of one or more members of the group participants must conform to the rules of prudence and follow the advice given by their guides “GREENGO TOURS” reserves the right to expel from the group to a person whose behavior is considered risky for the safety and welfare of the other participants. No compensation will be recognized.
